Rolling mill with functions - List of Manufacturers, Suppliers, Companies and Products | IPROS GMS

Copper and aluminum wire rolling mill with self-annealing function [Propelchi Co.].

Energy saving is reduced by half compared to conventional rough drawing machines and annealing devices.

【For Copper Wire】 ◆ Low labor costs and high equipment efficiency: It reaches maximum speed within 5 seconds and can stop within 3 seconds during an emergency stop. It can immediately feed wire without the need for threading. The wire feeding to the winding device takes less than 10 seconds. ◆ No annealing device is required. ◆ Small power transformer. ◆ Environmentally friendly: It can achieve energy savings of 50% or more compared to conventional rough drawn wire, approximately 120 kWh/t. ◆ No copper dust is generated during the process. ◆ Space for downstream processes can be provided. It is very compact, with a total length of 5 meters. ◆ Installation costs can also be kept low. 【For Aluminum Wire】 ◆ In the drawing process, compared to elongation, rolling has no tension, resulting in less work hardening of the wire material. ◆ The number of intermediate anneals can be reduced, allowing for a more flexible process to be established. ◆ The temperature of the processed wire material reaches 200°C or higher before winding. ◆ Wire speed can be up to 25 m/sec, or faster responses can be achieved.
